Anambra Commissioner of Lands flags off allocation of plots at Dubai Estate Awka

Another great milestone was recorded in GSS Real Estate and Investment, a subsidiary of the GSS Group on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, as the Hon. Commissioner of Lands, Anambra State, Hon. Bonaventure Enemali officially flagged off the allocation of plots in the Dubai Estate.

The event was held at the premises of the Dubai Estate sitting on 30 hectares of land which is just one minute drive from Ngozika Phase II Estate gate, Awka Council area.

Flagging off the allocation, the Honourable Commissioner commended the GSS Group for aligning with the Aku Luo Uno (Think Home) Philosophy of the Executive Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Chief Dr. Willie Obiano.

Visibly elated by what he met on the ground and the prospective features, Hon. Enemali described the Estate as one with exceptional Class. He maintained that the GSS Group is committed to bringing quality and affordable living to the people of Anambra state.

While extolling the innovative acumen of the Chairman, GSS Group, Architect Chukwudi Ezenwa, Hon. Enemali who equally described him as one of the best realtors in Anambra state urged Ndi Anambra to maximize the opportunity the Dubai estate offers and acquire properties in the estate while it lasts. He further assured the Group of the support of the Ministry and the State Government.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the GSS Group, Arc. Ezenwa disclosed that a great deal of work has been put into the Estate and the Group is working assiduously in bringing aspirational and luxury living to Anambra state.

According to him, with the Group’s efforts in Private Security, plans are being put in place to ensure the estate enjoys a top-notch security system.

“We’ve had so many challenges within this one year of developing the Dubai estate; these include a dealing with a funny topography, the COVID-19 induced lockdown, the economic downturn, however, we remained committed to our vision and mission which prompted our coming down to Anambra state to invest.

In his remarks, the Vice-Chairman, Mr. Ben Ezemma boasted that the estate when fully completed would become a standard to reckon with as far as Real estate is concerned in Anambra state.

According to him, a lot of Ndi Anambra are already investing in the estate where a plot currently sells at 6.5million naira as against the 2.5m when it commenced sales. Mr. Ezemma called on lovers of quality housing to embrace this golden opportunity as the rate the cost appreciates is mind-blowing.
